When a hard drive is damaged with bad sectors, the disk not only becomes unfit for use, but also you risk losing information stored on it. The HDD Regenerator can repair damaged hard disks without affecting or changing existing data. As a result, previously unreadable and inaccessible information is restored.

Limited repair capabilities
If you use the free download, you'll find that HDD Regenerator will fix only one sector per run then stop completely (it would have been nice if the download page said that; had it done so, I wouldn't have bothered with the download). Although I understand the programmer's reason for doing that, it makes the download pretty useless to someone, like me, who has a lot of problems with his hard disk. The interface was DOS-based and fairly easy to use. However, given that I could not use the program to restore my entire disk, I cannot say how well it worked or whether it is worth buying (if you went to a car dealer, and he only let you drive a car 5 inches, you'd be a little cautious about buying it, wouldn't you?).

Doesn`t work with ntfs.
This program doesn't work with ntfs, so I could not test it.
